This study assessed the overall effectiveness of Blue Diamond Society (BDS) interventions supported by FHI between April 2002 and December 2004. The study evaluates the program implementation process and its effectiveness in reaching target audiences. Data was collected through focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and key informant interviews. The study team interacted with men having sex with men including both the program beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries. The study analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of BDS’s current strategies, identifies areas that need improvement and makes recommendations for the same.
