This study contains baseline information on the nutritional status of children, pregnant women and mothers of children less than 36 months old. It assesses the level of awareness of pregnant women and mothers in relation to nutrition, health and hygiene issues; and assesses the hemoglobin levels of children, pregnant women and mothers. Furthermore, it also assesses the coverage of NVAS, KAP of service providers/caregivers, operational status of Community-Based Child Development Centers, functioning status of Outreach Clinics and their performance capabilities in Doti and Dadeldhura Districts.
